Rapid - Autonomous E1000 Controller

The Rapid RTM module is a state-of-the-art operator panel designed for seamless user interaction through a 7″ color touchscreen TFT display (800×480), complemented by 6 physical keys and 16 red LED indicators. The software supports both touchscreen and keyboard-based operation, providing flexibility and ease of use.

To ensure robust communication with devices, the Rapid RTM IO module includes the following interfaces:

• RS485 (dedicated for module communication)
• 2×RS485
• ETH (Ethernet)
• USB Host
• USB Device
• 2×CANBUS/RS485
• 2×Analog Input

Additionally, the module features binary inputs and relay outputs, with the specific quantity depending on the model version.

The Rapid RTM module is compatible with a wide range of protocols, including: PPM2, TgFM, SestoMod, FTP, Modbus, PPM2 PT-CDM, IEC 61850. The device is equipped with an advanced bootloader, enabling:

• Selection of applications stored in Flash memory.
• Uploading new applications or configuration files directly into the controller.
• Support for ETH and USB Host ports during the update process.
• Convenient updates using USB Flash drives, significantly simplifying system maintenance.
